Pierson Speed Change Pallet System (SCPS) - This family of products is a complete workholding solution designed to eliminate production bottlenecks by fixturing and moving parts in and out of the machine faster than any other workholding method. The fail-safe design is unlocked using compressed air and the locking action is spring powered with 3000 lbs of force.

SCPS Pallets - Four pallet sizes range from 8"x12" to 10"x16" and locate on the SCPS Base with .0002" repeatability due to precision ground bushings. 6061-T6 Aluminum assures easy machinability. The underside locking surfaces are hardened stainless steel. The tops of these standard pallets are blank and ready to customize.
